Keeping your RV or park model clean out at the dam or lake shouldn’t be a hassle. No hauling it to town, no dragging hoses around, we come to you and handle it properly. Big Wave Softwash uses a low-pressure soft wash system and polish/clear coat safe soaps that effectively remove dirt, bugs, algae, and buildup without damaging seals, finishes, or sensitive surfaces.
Simple, Straightforward Pricing
Basic Wash - $6 per linear ft (minimum 25 linear ft)
Perfect for maintenance washes and seasonal refreshes. This includes 2 step soft washing (low pressure, no damage), dirt-bugs-light organic buildup removed, wheels and lower panels rinsed, UV tire treatment (if applicable), and roof rinse.
Premium Wash/Full Reset - $8 per linear ft (minimum 25 linear ft)
For units that need extra attention, first time cleans, or you insist on keeping your investments in tip top condition! Everything in the basic wash PLUS heavier buildup removal, detailed cleaning around seams, trim, fixtures, and windows. As a finishing touch a high quality protectant will be applied that delivers a high gloss finish, UV protection for your clear coat, and significantly reduces water spotting. This final step makes your wash last the long run!
Conventional Sided Park Models, Mobile Homes - $5 per linear ft
This is for structures with residential siding/permanently installed. These units will be washed with our residential soft washing unit at low pressure to remove organics like mold, mildew, lichen, moss, dirt, spiderwebs, mud daubers, bird nests, etc. Unit will be washed from gutter line to the ground with biocide, roof blow off, and gutter cleaning (if applicable). Other residential services can be added to this, just ask!

Spotless RO/DI Exterior Window Cleaning Treatment - $30 (up to 32 ft) $40 (over 32 ft)
This ensures your windows are crystal clear and spot free! We use a 4 stage filtration system and specialized brushes to get grime off your glass. No streaks, no water spots, guaranteed.
Interior Window Cleaning - $40 (up to 32 ft) $60 (over 32 ft)
This is a full detail of the interior windows including vacuum tracks, frame wipe down, glass wash, squeegeed to perfection. *Louver windows, storm windows, tape removal, heavy degreasing is available at an additional cost*
RV Roof Detail With UV Treatment - $80 (up to 32 ft) $100 (over 32 ft)
Roof will be washed free of contaminants like dirt, mold, mildew, and moss. A specialized RV roof solution is used to protect the membrane with SPF 70 UV blocker that extends the life of the material. Safe for EPDM, PVC, TPO, & Most RV Roofs. Petroleum free, Bio-degradable. Roof must be in sound condition and not have any existing leaks. Recommended annually by reputable RV manufacturers.
Deck Cleaning $.30 per sq ft
Does your deck look used and abused? No worries! Big Wave Softwash specializes in wood cleaning, stain prep, composite cleaning. We have industry standard methods for all deck surfaces and can guarantee you will be left with a beautiful finished product. You can view our Deck Cleaning And Restoration page here. We also stain decks and can get you an estimate when on site, when staining a deck the cleaning process is included.
Vinyl Awning Cleaning $4 per linear ft
Awning will be cleaned of organic growth and treated with UV protectant (same solution as roof treatment). Awning should be in sound condition and capable of being opened and closed easily.
